Irina Lotarevich’s work will be included in the group show ‘Systems of Belief’ at HALLE FÜR KUNST Steiermark. 24.9.–18.12.2022

In Spring 2022, Phileas launched a new series of annual publications. The First Monographs are intended to introduce the work of the most promising emerging Austrian and Austrian-based artists, beginning with Sophie Thun.

Her monograph includes contributions by Lucy Gallun, Associate Curator in the Department of Photography at The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York: Catherine Wood, Curator of Contemporary Art and Performance, Tate, London; Lisa Long, curator at Julia Stoschek Collection, Düsseldorf and Berlin; and an interview by Charlotte Cotton, independent curator and writer. It was published by DISTANZ, with graphic design by Marie Artaker.
